Biography

Delphine Haidan is holder of a master’s degree in musicology from the Sorbonne, a Prix degree from the CNSM in Paris and many awards from international competitions.

She performs in both operatic and recital stages (Opéra-Bastille, Musée d’Orsay, Opéra-Comique, Moscou…) Les Contes d’Hoffmann (La Muse/Nicklausse) at the Bastille Opera and in Zurich, La Damnation de Faust (Marguerite) in Moscow and in Kiev, L’Enfant et les Sortilèges at La Scala of Milan and in Seattle, Pelléas et Mélisande (Geneviève) in Tokyo...

 She has sung in France (Opéra de Bordeaux, Capitole de Toulouse, TCE, Opéra-Comique...) and at the international (Glyndebourne Festival, Musikverein and  Konzerthaus of Vienna, Maestranza of Sevilla, Festival of Santander and of Perelada, London Royal Albert Hall, Seattle, Moscow...). Her discography includes a recording of Lakmé with Natalie Dessay and Michel Plasson, Eric Montalbetti’s Harmonieuses dissonances for Alpha, “Symphonie pour la vie” for Warner and her last recording “Deux Mezzos sinon rien “ for Klarte with Karine Deshayes (CHOC Classica)

More recently, she has sung the part of Anna (Les Troyens) under Francois Xavier Roth’s baton, with the Orchestre des Siècles at the Berlioz Festival and Filipievna (Eugen Oneguin) in the staging of Stéphane Braunschweig at the Paris Théâtre des Champs-Elysées.
