Violette Polchi started her musical studies at an early age. She was a member of « La Maîtrise de Radio France », then « La Maîtrise de Paris » at the Regional Conservatory of Paris. She participated in many concerts with prestigious conductors such as Kurt Masur, Myung-Whun Chung, Riccardo Muti and Marco Guidarini.
Then, she started to study lyrical art with Mireille Alcantara at the Paris Ecole Normale de Musique where she has received the Superior Diploma of Concert Artist.
She performed at the Avignon Opera in Simon Boccanegra and also in Italy for the role of Nicklausse and la Muse (Les Contes d’Hoffmann).
In 2014, she was invited at the Budapest’s Opera to represent France at the Szabadsag Opera Gala. She performed the role of Meg in the final fugue from Falstaff.
She was l’Enfant (L’Enfant et les Sortilèges) at the Rencontres Musicales Internationales d’Enghien in August 2014.
In 2014 and 2015, she performed live, on the French Public National Television, in the TV show « Musique en fête », with the Monte Carlo Orchestra at the Chorégies d’Orange as well as in December 2015, in the TV show « Roberta Alagna sings Christmas » alongside Roberto Alagna, Karine Deshayes, Aleksandra Kurzak...
More recently, she sang Folle Verdure (La Vie Parisienne) at the Avignon Opera, Berignella, Ninetta (La Périchole) at the Marseille Théâtre de l’Odéon, Dorabella (Cosi Fan Tutte) at the Massy Opera and in Reims, un Paggio (Rigoletto) at the Chorégie d'Orange, Marie-Blanche (Messager's Les P'tites Michu) at the Angers Nantes Opera and at The Athénée Theater in Paris.
